Saiyan Mode Academy provides basketball training, strength and conditioning, camps, clinics, and community events designed to help athletes improve their skills and athletic development.
Participation in any Saiyan Mode Academy program requires registration and agreement to all policies and safety guidelines.
All participants must complete registration before participating in any training session, camp, or event.
Program fees must be paid prior to participation unless other arrangements have been approved. Fees may vary depending on the program, training sessions, or events.
Saiyan Mode Academy reserves the right to modify pricing, schedules, or program availability when necessary.
Athletes participating in Saiyan Mode Academy programs are expected to demonstrate respect, discipline, and good sportsmanship.
Saiyan Mode Academy reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful to coaches, athletes, or staff.
Schedules, locations, and training sessions may occasionally change due to weather, facility availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Saiyan Mode Academy will communicate updates to participants and families when changes occur.

At Saiyan Mode Academy, we strive to provide quality training programs, camps, and services for all athletes. Please review our Return and Refund Policy carefully before registering for any program or purchasing products.
All payments made for training programs, memberships, camps, clinics, and events are non refundable. Once a payment has been processed and registration is confirmed, refunds will not be issued for missed sessions, schedule conflicts, or voluntary withdrawal from programs.
Saiyan Mode Academy reserves the right to review exceptional circumstances on a case by case basis.
Memberships may be prorated for new athletes joining mid month. Proration will be calculated based on the number of remaining sessions within the current billing cycle.
Once the prorated membership payment is made, the membership will continue under the regular monthly rate moving forward.
If Saiyan Mode Academy offers merchandise such as apparel or training gear, returns must meet the following conditions:
Returns must be requested within 7 days of purchase.
Items must be:
• unused
• unworn
• in original condition
• in original packaging if applicable
Returns may be denied if the item shows signs of use or damage caused after purchase.
Returns may be accepted in the following cases:
• the wrong item was received
• the item was damaged at the time of delivery
• a manufacturer defect is identified
Saiyan Mode Academy may request photo verification before approving the return.
To request a return, please contact us with the following information:
• full name
• order details
• description of the issue
• photos if the item is damaged
Requests can be submitted by contacting Saiyan Mode Academy directly using the contact information below.
Approved returns must be sent back within 7 days of approval.
Once a returned item is received and inspected, Saiyan Mode Academy will notify the customer regarding the approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Shipping fees may not be refundable unless the return was caused by an error on our part.
